Testimonials

This NWS course has helped me by refreshing my initial analysis tools. Specifically, the course assessed a client under three areas: nutrition, physical fitness, and lifestyle/wellness. So I realized more ways to focus on the most important aspects of each of the three areas. This course involved group study and analysis with other students which opened my experience to see how other fitness professionals view their clients. It involved a lot of mock client analysis which sharpened my view of people struggling with health issues. The exam in theory and practical gave me an opportunity to get into details of Can-Fit-Pros approach to wellness and nutrition. I enjoyed it and especially was glad to review the psychological aspect of change management and readiness for nutritional counseling and health action plans. Karen
